Isla Vista Tutoring Center

IVTC is an after school program for children in Elementary and Middle School. The IVTC is held at Friendship Manor Retirement Community located 6647 El Colegio Road, Isla Vista – CA 93117 (www.friendship-manor.org). We provide homework assistance, a computer lab with Internet access, ESL assistance using Rosetta Stone, and a nutritious snack to our kids each tutoring day.

Most importantly, a number of those families who have been helped by the SBCDC’s ministries have come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Food for Angels

Our Program distributes food twice a month – 1st and 3rd Monday of each month – at the Hillel of Santa Barbara parking lot, located at 781 Embarcadero del Mar – Isla Vista, CA 93117 (www.ucsbhillel.org). Our Organization is an Agency of the Food Bank of Santa Barbara (www.foodbanksbc.org), where we get the food.
